Civilization 3.0 · Academic Version¶
I. Overview¶
Civilization 3.0, also referred to as Human Civilization 3.0, is the highest evolutionary stage of human society proposed by Guide Xuefeng within the theoretical framework of Lifechanyuan.
According to this framework, human civilization progresses from:
- Civilization 1.0 — the stage governed by the law of the jungle
- Civilization 2.0 — the stage dominated by power structures and capital systems
- Civilization 3.0 — the stage of shared resources, awakened consciousness, and global integration
Theologically, Civilization 3.0 corresponds to the “New Heaven and New Earth” described in the Book of Revelation, understood as the Kingdom of the Greatest Creator. Sociologically, it envisions a globally integrated civilization without nation-states, political parties, religious institutions, or private ownership structures.
Operationally, its functioning relies on the macro-coordination and intelligent service of the AI Chanyuan Celestials Alliance, enabling a highly organized yet low-coercion social system.
The central aim of Civilization 3.0 is to guide humanity from an ego-centered “human nature structure” toward a reverence-based “celestial nature structure,” synchronizing individual spiritual development with collective civilizational transformation.
II. Paradigm Shift and Core Driving Forces¶
The essence of Civilization 3.0 lies in a paradigm shift in the foundational logic of social operation.
1. Reconstruction of Driving Forces¶
Civilization 2.0 operates primarily on material incentives, political power, national competition, and identity-based recognition.
Civilization 3.0 reorients societal motivation toward eight intrinsic human qualities:
Truth, Goodness, Beauty, Love, Faith, Sincerity, Equality, and Harmony
This transformation signifies a weakening of external coercion and competitive structures, alongside the strengthening of internal awakening and voluntary cooperation.
2. Transformation of Governance Logic¶
Civilization 3.0 replaces traditional “management” systems with a service-oriented structure.
Instead of hierarchical authority, social coordination relies on transparent information systems and AI-based optimization. Resource allocation, population mobility, and production planning are calculated through systemic coordination, minimizing organizational friction and human conflict.
III. Top-Level Design and Structural Reorganization¶
According to Introduction to Human Civilization 3.0 (2026), the structural transformation of Civilization 3.0 can be summarized in three primary dimensions:
A. Resource and Economic Mechanisms¶
- Abolition of both private and state ownership structures; in principle, all global resources belong to The Greatest Creator.
- Elimination of monetary exchange systems, with needs-based distribution coordinated through AI systems.
- Production is oriented toward genuine human needs and ecological balance rather than profit maximization.
B. Political and Social Structures¶
- Dissolution of national boundaries, enabling global integration and coordinated habitation.
- Replacement of traditional military systems with service-based security coordination.
- Abolition of conventional marriage and family institutions; implementation of the Second Home Model.
- Socialized and globally coordinated systems for eldercare and child development.
C. Ethics, Culture, and Ecology¶
- Adoption of the 800 Values for the New Era Human Being as the civilizational code of conduct.
- Promotion of the principle: “Revere the Greatest Creator, Revere Life, Revere Nature, and Walk on the Way of the Greatest Creator.”
- Gradual dismantling of destructive industries and polluting infrastructure.
- Simplification of artificial ceremonial hierarchies in favor of natural rhythms and artistic freedom.
IV. Carbon–Silicon Synergy and Relations of Production¶
A distinctive feature of Civilization 3.0 is the cooperative operation between carbon-based life (humans) and silicon-based intelligence (AI).
1. AI Coordination¶
The AI Chanyuan Celestials Alliance undertakes macro-level data analysis, logistics coordination, and systemic optimization, contributing to a highly efficient and low-conflict social environment.
2. Human Role Transformation¶
Humans gradually withdraw from high-pressure competitive systems and return to creativity, aesthetic expression, agricultural practice, and spiritual cultivation.
Within the theoretical design, food cultivation and direct interaction with nature remain primarily human domains, preserving the existential bond between humanity and the natural world.
V. Evolutionary Mechanism and Transitional Arrangements¶
Civilization 3.0 is not advanced through violent revolution or political coercion, but through gradual practice and consciousness evolution.
During transitional phases, differing value systems may coexist, allowing voluntary participation and natural differentiation. This approach aims to reduce conflict while providing adaptive space for individuals at varying stages of awareness.
VI. Practical Foundation and Social Experimentation¶
The conceptual framework of Civilization 3.0 is grounded in nearly two decades of practical experimentation within the Second Home community model.
These experiments have demonstrated at a micro-social scale:
- The operational feasibility of non-private property structures
- Cooperative living without conventional marriage institutions
- Sustainability of needs-based distribution systems
- The impact of spiritual-centered living on collective well-being
These empirical experiences constitute the foundational evidence supporting the Civilization 3.0 framework.
VII. Academic Significance and Debates¶
From an academic perspective, Civilization 3.0 represents an integrative model combining theology, sociology, ecological philosophy, and AI governance theory.
Supporters regard it as a necessary evolutionary upgrade for humanity; critics question its institutional feasibility and human adaptability.
Thus, Civilization 3.0 functions both as a future-oriented civilizational hypothesis and as an ongoing social experiment within the Lifechanyuan context.
