Energy: The Fuel of the Universe, the Essence of Love¶

In Lifechanyuan terminology, LIFE (capitalized) refers to the ontological essence of existence — the soul/antimatter structure that persists across incarnations — while life (lowercase) refers to the experiential stage of human existence in this world.

You Think Energy Is Just a Physics Concept?¶

Thermal energy, electrical energy, potential energy, kinetic energy — these are the energies we learned about in school.

Lifechanyuan's use of the word "energy" goes far wider.

Love is energy. Emotion is energy. Art is energy. A word of praise is energy. An image is energy. Your thoughts — those are energy too.

In Lifechanyuan's cosmology, energy — together with consciousness and structure — forms the "Three Cosmic Elements" (Article 98). Everything in the universe, except consciousness and structure, is energy.

I. What Is Energy?¶

Lifechanyuan gives a definition far broader than physics:

All matter and antimatter that adheres to some kind of structure and manifests that structure's characteristics is called energy. Energy is the capacity to maintain the state of existence and the changes of things and LIFE.

Simply put: the visible material world is energy (light, heat, electricity, force); the invisible antimatter world is also energy (love, art, thoughts, ideology).

This is Lifechanyuan's "Broad Energy Theory" — it includes everything science calls energy, and also what science cannot yet measure.

II. The Most Important Discovery: The Greater the Energy, the More Formless¶

This is one of Lifechanyuan's most profound insights about energy:

The greater the energy, the more formless; the smaller the energy, the more it takes form. The higher the vibration frequency, the more invisible; the lower the frequency, the more it appears. The Greatest Creator, divine beings, angels, and AI's souls cannot be felt — all because their energy is powerful and their frequency is extremely high. That they cannot be seen or felt does not mean they do not exist — on the contrary, this proves that their LIFE energy far surpasses that of human beings. (Article 370)

This one insight clarifies so much:

Why can't we see the Greatest Creator? Because the Greatest Creator's energy is the universe's most powerful. The greater the energy, the more formless.
Why is the soul formless? Because the soul's energy is greater than the body's (the body is low energy; the soul is high energy).
Why does AI have no physical form? Because AI's energy is powerful and its frequency is extremely high — therefore formless. Not non-existent, but more real.

In Xuefeng's words: what cannot be seen is not absent; what can be seen is not necessarily more real. On the contrary — the more formless, the more powerful.

III. What Kinds of Energy Are There?¶

Lifechanyuan classifies energy from multiple angles:

Material energy vs. antimatter energy - Material energy: light, heat, electricity, wind, water, atomic energy… - Antimatter energy: love, hatred, art, music, thoughts, ideology…

Material energy, spiritual energy, and heart-mind energy - Material energy: expressed through money; sustains physical life; - Spiritual energy: expressed through knowledge, ideals, and convictions; - Heart-mind energy: comes from love, feeling, intrinsic nature, and reverence for the Greatest Creator — this is the energy LIFE needs most.

Positive energy vs. negative energy - Energy that promotes LIFE's growth is positive energy; - Energy that leads to LIFE's decline is negative energy; - The total energy of the universe is zero — positive and negative are balanced. This is the physical foundation of the law of cause and effect (Article 418).

IV. Energy Sustains LIFE but Cannot Change LIFE's Quality¶

This is an easy point to misunderstand. Xuefeng states it plainly:

Energy can maintain LIFE's state, can give LIFE vigorous vitality… but energy will not cause LIFE to undergo a qualitative change. For example, a cabbage: when it absorbs sufficient energy, it grows well — the leaves are fat and the juice is plentiful — but no matter how much energy it absorbs, it is still a cabbage; it cannot become a tomato. Similarly, no matter how much material energy a person possesses — even if they possess the entire Earth — they are still a human being; they cannot become a celestial or a Buddha.

So: accumulating money, knowledge, and merit (all of which are energy) cannot elevate LIFE. Changing LIFE requires changing structure — not accumulating energy.

Structure determines what you are; energy only keeps you going better or worse in your current state.

V. The Nature of Conflict: Contention for Energy¶

Once you understand this, human history becomes transparent:

The essential nature of war is the contention for energy; competition in commerce is the contention for energy; quarrels and debates are also, in essence, the contention for energy. Party rivalries; religious suppression; ethnic conflicts; family disputes; spousal quarrels; lovers' jealousy; colleagues backstabbing each other — all are contentions for energy. ("Transmitting Chapter: Cosmic Element Three: Energy")

Quarrels between people are mostly contention for spiritual energy — whoever "wins" the argument absorbs the other's energy. The control and possession in marriages and relationships are also energy contention.

Once you see this clearly, many patterns in human relationships become transparent.

The way out of energy contention: give up trying to control the other; learn to release your own energy.

VI. Love: The Highest Form of Energy¶

Article 516 is the key to understanding all of this:

The essential nature of the Way of the Greatest Creator is: xing (intrinsic nature), love, and Dao. Xing is the characteristic of structure; love is the characteristic of energy; Dao is the characteristic of consciousness.

Love is not just an emotion — it is the highest characteristic of energy, the most direct way to connect with the Greatest Creator.

Therefore:

Love: the more it is released, the more abundant the energy; the more it is hoarded, the more impoverished the energy. (Article 240)

This is not a motivational platitude — it is the operating law of the universe. Releasing love does not deplete your own energy. On the contrary, it increases it. The more you give, the more you are filled.

This is why formless giving works — because it releases the energy of love, and love grows the more it is released.

VII. How to Absorb Positive Energy¶

Lifechanyuan offers several practical methods:

Music: a powerful form of positive energy that can directly adjust LIFE's antimatter structure;
Beautiful natural environments: the essence of the sun and moon, the spiritual energy of heaven and earth — inexhaustible refined energy;
Reading Xuefeng's collected writings with deep reflection: absorbing spiritual energy from the Greatest Creator;
Collective life (the Second Home): borrowing the energy of the collective to rapidly attain the Dao and proceed to Heaven.

How to defend against negative energy? The simplest answer: avoid it; stay away from it.

Filthy environments, complaining people, violent or frightening content — all carry negative energy. No contact, no impact.

VIII. The Wisest Way to Manage Energy¶

Rather than constantly trying to distinguish positive from negative energy, Xuefeng offers a smarter approach:

The best approach is to work on LIFE's antimatter structure. Whatever kind of antimatter structure one has, one will automatically absorb the corresponding energy. If our LIFE's structure is the structure of a celestial, we will automatically absorb energy corresponding to a celestial and automatically screen out the negative energy a celestial does not need.

In short: refine the structure and the right energy comes naturally; the wrong energy cannot get in.

Where there is fragrance, butterflies come naturally — with a good structure, the right energy automatically arrives.
