Hundun Management (English Internal Version)¶
In Lifechanyuan terminology, LIFE (capitalized) refers to the ontological essence of existence, while life (lowercase) refers to the experiential stage of human existence.
I. Overview¶
Hundun Management is the core management approach implemented in Lifechanyuan's Second Home, proposed and created by Guide Xuefeng (Hundun Celestial), serving as the fundamental operational mechanism of Lifechanyuan concepts at the practical level.
The essence of Hundun Management is non-management: maximizing the reduction of human intervention, replacing it with letting Dao manage—following natural law rather than human will.
One-sentence summary: Hundun Management replaces management with service; masters are servants, management is service.
II. Name Distinction: Hundun vs. Chaos¶
"Hundun" (浑沌) in Hundun Management is not "Chaos" (混沌). The two have entirely different meanings:
Chaos (混沌) is a disordered state, the state before universe formation. "Chaos" signifies confusion and disorder—no heaven, no earth, no edges, no center, no yin, no yang, no middle way.
Hundun (浑沌) is an ordered state, the state after universe formation. "Hun" signifies wholeness and inseparability; "dun" signifies boundless oceanic state. Hundun has Taiji, is the unified "one" of opposites, has two poles, has middle way.
Hundun Management is orderly, the highest form of management, absolutely not chaotic disorder. Dao's characteristic is precisely hundun—comprehensive, holistic, non-linear understanding.
III. Cosmic Basis¶
Hundun Management has profound cosmic basis.
The Greatest Creator's management of the entire universe is Hundun Management. Nature operates orderly because each species is endowed with nature and temperament; all things operate according to their endowed nature. The Greatest Creator never implements human management of nature, yet all things are orderly, birds sing and flowers bloom, weather is favorable. This is Hundun Management's cosmic prototype.
The universe is holographic, affecting everything; any change in the universe impacts Earth, any change on Earth affects all humanity. No isolated events or phenomena exist; everything is public affairs. Therefore, to enable all humanity to live happily, global Hundun Management must be implemented.
IV. Core Dimensions¶
Hundun Management has eight dimensions:
One: Unity of Heaven and Humanity, Harmonizing with Dao¶
Follow the Greatest Creator's will, conform to natural law, act according to scientific principles, engage in production and LIFE according to scientific development perspective, maximally reduce human intervention.
Two: Maximally Reduce Laws, Regulations, Rules, and Precepts¶
Fully stimulate inner qualities of truth, goodness, beauty, love, faith, sincerity; blossom the Tathagata nature; let everything be natural.
Three: Eliminate Private Ownership's Soil¶
Eliminate marriage and family, establish global unity consciousness; all humanity live Second Home lifestyle without marriage or family, share resources, no longer have political parties, religions, nations; merge all ethnicities.
Four: Make Every Member a Wealth Creator¶
Make every social member a spiritual, mental, or material wealth creator, maximally reduce intermediate links, especially administrative personnel.
Five: Replace Management with Service¶
Transform all managers into public servants without any special privileges or treatment.
Six: From Each According to Ability, To Each According to Need¶
No extravagance, no waste, all voluntary; no administrative orders; no one may impose their will on others under any pretext or reason.
Seven: Harmonize Individuality and Commonality¶
Let individuality fully blossom while ensuring no conflict between individuality and commonality; macroscopically one whole, microscopically independent individuals.
Eight: Center Everything on People¶
Not for goals, ideologies, economic interests, lofty ideals, or moral heights, but to let people enjoy LIFE's process: childhood enjoys childhood pleasures, youth enjoys youth interests, adulthood enjoys adult sentiments, middle age enjoys middle age wonders, old age enjoys old age leisure—not suffering for goals.
V. Concrete Manifestation¶
Hundun Management's concrete manifestation in Second Home:
No regulations, no precepts, no leadership institutions or offices, no organization, no discipline, no supervision, no rewards, minimal punishment—yet everything orderly and harmonious.
Everyone is master, everyone is servant; only division of labor differs; no leader-led relationships, no hierarchy, no classes, everyone equal.
Everything operates voluntarily based on "800 Values for New Era Humanity" and Home programs, not human management. Whoever is responsible decides; whoever is responsible bears all consequences.
Everyone establishes sacred court on their own conscience, judging themselves.
Each speaks their words, does their deeds, bears their responsibilities, cultivates their Dao, walks their path. Don't worry about others' affairs, don't manage others' business, only responsible to the Greatest Creator and oneself, not to others. If people don't seek my help, I don't assist; if people seek my help, I assist urgently. Whoever suggests, takes responsibility.
Hundun Management uses affinity rather than intimidation; joyful play rather than solemn seriousness; natural flow rather than forcing difficulties; granting happiness and freedom rather than discomfort and restraint; gentle rain rather than violent storms.
Facing imbalance and extremes, "block their outlets, blunt their sharpness"—flexible response, never rigidity.
VI. Operational Mystery¶
Hundun Management's mystery lies in concepts and programs, not human management. Lifechanyuan Second Home operates according to Chanyuan concepts and Home programs, not according to anyone's management, therefore fundamentally needs no human management or superior management hierarchy.
Specifically¶
Living by concepts, operating by programs—this is the magic formula for long-term existence and continuous perfection. Every member strictly follows "800 Values for New Era Humanity"; daily life operates according to established programs; concepts cannot change, programs cannot disorder.
Hundun Management's connotations are extremely rich. Simply put, it manages nothing, letting everything proceed naturally; complexly put, it's the highest management form, making everything orderly and organized. Hundun Management is difficult to explain fully and clearly, can only be understood intuitively, but one certainty exists: service—using love to mobilize enthusiasm, using genuine emotion to move hearts, using sincere service to guide people toward perfection, everything appearing natural without any forced "traces."
VII. Implementation Prerequisites¶
Implementing Hundun Management requires people first undergo spiritual purification. Without spiritual purification, Hundun Management cannot be implemented. Spiritual purification is arduous and complex; if this work fails, so-called Hundun Management remains a mirage, never becoming reality.
Heaven implements Hundun Management fundamentally because people living in heaven have pure hearts; human society needs so much management because people haven't undergone spiritual purification.
The more perfect the heart, the less management needed; the uglier the heart, the more forced management required.
This verifies: places with strictest management have unpurified hearts. Those who enjoy managing others haven't mastered concepts or understand operational programs. Those who can't be autonomous or actively strive for excellence needing management have ugly heart aspects.
Second Home's program itself is a refining furnace, gradually dissolving ego, selfishness, greed, jealousy, emotionality, etc. After spiritual purification, Hundun Management can truly materialize.
VIII. Governance Comparison¶
Hundun Management is Dao governance, differing from historical law governance and human governance:
Law Governance (Rule of Law)¶
Too cold; more and more detailed laws create more problems, stronger suppression of human nature, greater restriction of initiative and creativity.
Human Governance (Rule by Person)¶
Too complex; human hearts change; cannot fundamentally solve problems.
Dao Governance (Hundun Management)¶
Governing by Dao, walking the Greatest Creator's way; the Greatest Creator's way centers on natural way; natural way centers on harmonious coexistence among people, between people and society, between people and nature. "Sages handle affairs without action, practice teaching without words." This is the highest management.
The less managed places are closer to heaven; the more strictly managed places are closer to hell. The highest management is non-management; the lowest management manages everything. Less management means clearer, simpler, happier, more creative, more vital; more management means muddier, more complex, more depressed, less creative, less vital.
IX. Practice Verification¶
Lifechanyuan-created Second Home serves as Hundun Management's experimental ground, verified through years of multi-location practice with full positive results.
During Second Home living periods: no quarrels, disputes, fights, beatings, or brawls occurred; no theft on roads, doors unlocked at night; Home order impeccable.
Thailand Home Case¶
Guide Xuefeng never visited Thailand Home, never proactively inquired about any affairs, privately communicated with information convergence center Yangyue fewer than eight times, never issued any directives or requirements. Everything in Thailand Home was done by Chanyuan Celestials following their inner guidance. Result: environment increasingly paradise-like, attracting hundreds of visitors and experiencers from dozens of countries; orderly operation, beautiful environment, peaceful living.
This fully proves: Lifechanyuan Second Home operates according to Chanyuan concepts and Home programs, not according to anyone's management; Hundun Management is entirely achievable.
From this, Thousand-Year World's existence can be logically deduced; from Hundun Management's feasibility, Heaven Elysium World and Celestial Islands' existence can be deduced.
X. Relationship with Heaven's Thousand-Year World¶
Second Home's lifestyle basically references Heaven's Thousand-Year World lifestyle; Thousand-Year World celestial groups live under Hundun Management.
The Thousand-Year World where I once lived operated this way: no human management, no management hierarchy; everything orderly; everyone living peacefully, experiencing happiness, joy, freedom, bliss, abundance.
Heaven achieves Hundun Management because LIFE living there has pure hearts. Second Home is this path's starting point and transit station, helping Chanyuan Celestials purify hearts in collective LIFE, perfect antimat structure, step by step toward Heaven's Hundun Management LIFE realm.
XI. Significance for All Humanity¶
Hundun Management is not only Second Home's internal mechanism but also Lifechanyuan's explored path for all humanity.
Lifechanyuan-created Second Home experiments this management model. If this model proves effective in Second Home, Hundun Management can be promoted globally, ultimately realizing global Hundun Management.
Humanity's way out lies in Hundun Management; besides this, humanity has no way out.
As long as society and all humanity provide understanding, support, and patient waiting, humanity's most beautiful ideal is achievable.
