The criterion includes ordered consciousness, a more perfected structure of LIFE, Celestial Being qualities, and flight capacity. A stable, fear-free, non-attached joy state is repeatedly highlighted.

5) Relationship with practice and cultivation

The Ten-thousand-year World is not presented as accidental destination but as structural result.

The core cultivation trajectory is:

  1. Repay debts and conclude unresolved earthly ties
  2. Give, serve, and accumulate merit
  3. Refine and perfect the nonmaterial structure of LIFE
