Guide Xuefeng arrived at this framework after deep study of the Tao Te Ching, the Gospels, the Diamond Sutra, and the Heart Sutra. For those who find those scriptures difficult to penetrate, the Eight No-Realms is the shortcut: advance with diligence toward these eight conditions, and the same destination is reached.

The First No: No Worldly Ties (ζ ε°ηΌ)¶
Worldly ties are the strongest gravitational rope binding LIFE to the reincarnation cycle of the human world. Without resolving these ties, one cannot leave; once resolved, one travels lightly toward the Kingdom of Heaven.

III. The Three Gates to the Eight No-Realms¶

Consciousness energy level ranges from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 1000.
Research shows that the great majority of humanity has an energy level below 200. The number of people reaching 500 is only four per thousand of the global population; reaching 600, one in ten million. The only person David Hawkins personally witnessed reaching 700 was Mother Teresa. Thomas Edison reached 470; President Roosevelt 450; Einstein and Newton 499; Marie Curie 505; Leonardo da Vinci 565; Confucius 590; Zhuangzi 710; Bodhidharma 795; the Living Buddha Jigong 870; Laozi 1000; Jesus Christ and Shakyamuni Buddha exceed 1000.
Statistical records show that across thousands of years of human history, those reaching energy level 1000 have been extremely rare β they may rightly be called great gods or buddhas.
Currently only Laozi, Shakyamuni, and Jesus are known to have reached 1000.
From this we understand: the summit we are scaling is to become Laozi, Shakyamuni, Jesus.
The conclusions of this scientific research fully align with Lifechanyuan teaching. Laozi is a celestial being; Shakyamuni is a buddha; Jesus is a god. We thus know that the energy levels of gods, buddhas, and celestial beings are all at 1000 or above.
The summit that Chanyuan Celestials are scaling is the energy level of celestial beings: 1000.
How can one scale to 1000 within a limited lifetime?
Lifechanyuan states from the outset: Laozi, Shakyamuni, Jesus and others are the teachers of Lifechanyuan. If we cultivate strictly according to their teachings, we can scale the summit.
For simplicity, we cultivate strictly according to the Tao Te Ching, the Gospels, the Diamond Sutra, and the Heart Sutra. For those who cannot penetrate these scriptures, there is a shortcut: advance with diligence toward what I call the Eight No-Realms.
Reaching the Eight No-Realms is not achieved in a single leap; three processes β or three gates β must be passed.
The first is to pass through a great purification of the heart β what I often call building the heart garden. The second is to completely resolve worldly ties and repay all debts. The third is to accumulate sufficient merit.
Building the heart garden is the primary gate. Without passing this gate, reaching even energy level 300 β let alone 1000 β is extremely difficult.
The priority of building the heart garden is clearing out the weeds and poisonous plants: jealousy, resentment, comparison, anger, harshness, hatred, fury, grudges, hostility, vengeance, selfishness, greed, possessiveness, control, laziness, grief, sorrow, guilt, shame, contempt, fear, cowardice, negativity, pessimism, arrogance, conceit, cynicism, contentiousness, debate, and lust. Without clearing these weeds, vibration frequency can only hover below 200.
For example: shame has an energy level of 20; guilt 30; indifference 50; sorrow 75; fear 100; lust 125; anger 150; arrogance 175. All of these heart states are below 200. Therefore, building the heart garden is foundational; every cultivator must pass through a great purification of the heart β without this, everything is wasted effort.
Scientists have found through testing that 200 is the dividing line: below 200 carries negative energy and leads to illness; above 200 carries positive energy and guarantees freedom from illness.
Therefore, to be free from illness you must strive to elevate your vibration frequency above 200.
The energy level of love is 500; joy is 540; serene happiness is 600. Therefore, as long as you maintain joy, serene happiness, and love at all times, you can rapidly elevate your vibration frequency.
Debts and worldly ties are the second gate. Entangled debts and deep worldly ties make peace and joy impossible, and one cannot free oneself from the universal gravitational law of LIFE. Therefore, elevating your energy level requires repaying all accumulated debts across lifetimes and completely resolving worldly ties.
Merit is the third gate. Without merit, the energy level of 1000 can never be reached and the summit can never be approached. Therefore, give selflessly; always pay out and request little; practice much Formless Giving; accumulate treasure in the Kingdom of Heaven. In time, it will come naturally, as a melon ripens and falls.
In the process of passing these three gates, there are countless methods. With the right methods, scaling the summit of human life and LIFE is well within reach.

IV. Eighteen Details for Scaling the Eight No-Realms Summit¶

- In every thought and intention, keep the intention right; always think beautiful thoughts; absolutely do not entertain evil, deviant, or lustful thoughts. Beautiful thoughts energize the spirit; unwholesome thoughts are equivalent to depleting your own energy level, equivalent to self-destruction.
- Completely eliminate any thought of revenge. β¦ The frequency of revenge-thoughts is only 30 β that is the state of grave illness.

- Look at all beautiful things; read all high-energy books and articles; avoid looking at ugly things as much as possible.
- Listen to all pleasant melodies. β¦ Do not listen to battle cries, hawking, quarreling, or scolding.
- Create a high-energy living environment. Hanging landscape paintings in the room, growing a few elegant potted plants, and keeping indoors and outdoors clean, tidy, and orderly can all elevate your energy.
- Music, chess, calligraphy, painting, plum, orchid, bamboo, and chrysanthemum can all effectively elevate your energy.
- Eat vegetarian food as much as possible, less meat; embrace simplicity, reduce extravagance; embrace plainness, reduce excess; embrace stillness, reduce agitation; own less, contribute more.
- Keep company with high-energy people β those who bring you joy, happiness, freedom, and bliss; minimize contact with those who cause you distress.
- Take part in games, entertainment, dance, singing, and flirtatious play; go into nature often; respect ordinary people.
- Spending too long immersed in internet groups is absolutely not a good thing. β¦ When you have time, read the classics and new ideas of genuine depth that inspire the mind.
- A person's energy level has little to do with their level of education, academic credentials, experience, power, status, wealth, or fame β but is intimately connected with their beliefs, convictions, intentions, heart-realm, motivations, words, and actions.
- Maintain rationality, forgiveness, benevolence, reverence, calm, joy, serenity, and supreme bliss; hold reverence for the Greatest Creator, worship gods and buddhas, revere LIFE, revere nature.
- Pursue romance freely, be playful with love, make love β these emotional activities all elevate vibration frequency.
- Hold tightly to the hand of the Greatest Creator; invite Jesus Christ, Shakyamuni Buddha, and the Immortal Laozi into the palace of your consciousness; honor and revere them.
- Strive for enlightenment; advance continuously and without pause toward the Eight No-Realms.
V. The Twenty-Four Hard Criteria for Heaven and Their Relationship to the Eight No-Realms¶
The Eight No-Realms is the refined definition of True Fruition; the Twenty-Four Hard Criteria for Heaven is its complete practical unfolding β the two mutually verify each other, with the twenty-four criteria constituting a full expansion of the Eight No-Realms into specific LIFE states.

The universe is scientific β and therefore mathematical. What does not conform to scientific principles is wishful thinking, also called daydreaming. β¦
Since Heaven exists and life in Heaven is beautiful, of course we want to go there.
The question is: how do we get to Heaven?
Here are twenty-four hard criteria. Regardless of who you are β religious believer or atheist; wealthy or poor; official or commoner; university professor or illiterate β meet the standard and you may go to Heaven; fail to meet it and you can only reincarnate in the human world and the animal and domestic-animal realms.
- No debts owed
- Merit accumulated
- No worldly ties
- No troubles
- No anxiety
- No sorrow
- No worry
- No fear
- Possessing nothing
- Heart with no obstruction
- Heart with no resentment
- Never angry, never loses temper
- Never jealous of anyone
- Not negative, not pessimistic
- Never compares oneself with others
- Never believes oneself to be right
- Never argues with anyone
- Inner peace and joy
- Loves to play
- Does not form special bonds with anyone
- Can share everything
- Has cultivation, upbringing, and refinement
- Nature expresses freely without heart-display
- No self
Regardless of who you are, if you possess the above twenty-four qualities, you meet the standard β and without question, you will proceed to Heaven.
You need not practice bitter austerities, sit in meditation, go to churches, temples, Taoist halls, or shrines, pore over scriptures, seek a teacher, burn incense, kowtow, or perform rites.
Conversely, if you do not meet the standard, even if you read the scriptures until they fall apart, even if you have cultivated for thousands of years, even if you are the most learned scholar, even if you are a great master, even if you have propagated the teachings your entire life, even if you have thousands of disciples, even if you can speak eloquently about doctrine, even if you have made great contributions to humanity β I am sorry, you cannot go to Heaven.
Any ordinary person can understand this with common sense: Heaven is an ideal society. The meaning of "ideal" is that every LIFE fully enjoys the pleasures of LIFE. If someone who does not meet the standard also went to Heaven, could every LIFE be guaranteed to fully enjoy the pleasures of LIFE?
Impossible.
Heaven exists. The road to Heaven is open. Whether to go β that is entirely up to you.
