To transform one kind of LIFE into another kind of LIFE, one must cause its structure to become the form of the LIFE one wishes to become. If the structure does not change, the nature of LIFE will not change.

Whether that family, company, people, party, religious community, or nation is healthy and flourishing depends on whether its structure is perfect. The more perfect the structure, the more energy it absorbs, and the more healthy and prosperous it becomes. The more defects in the structure, the more energy it loses, and the less vitality it has β€” sickly and weak.

(II) When the Family Is in Harmony, All Prospers β€” A Perfect Structure Consumes No Energy Internally ("When the Family Is in Harmony, All Prospers," full original)

A good structure (family) consumes no energy internally. As long as energy is consumed internally, that structure (family) is definitely not a perfect structure. A perfect structure can be long-lived and eternal; a structure with many defects will inevitably be short-lived.
