Humility¶
Humility (谦卑, qiānbēi) is one of the foundational virtues in Lifechanyuan's cultivation system — an inner state in which a person does not consider themselves important, makes no demands on others, society, or nature, and holds nothing in their heart but appreciation and gratitude. Guide Xuefeng identifies humility as the defining characteristic of a citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven and a prerequisite for entering it. Its opposite, arrogance, belongs to the world of demons and is the root cause of a LIFE's downward evolution.
Humility is the starting point of all progress and refinement, and the bridge leading to the Kingdom of Heaven. — New Era Human 800 Concepts (4th ed.), No. 136
