Inner Spirit (Overview)

The inner Spirit (心灵, xīn líng), in the Lifechanyuan system, is the union of Heart (心, xīn) and Spirit-Force (灵, líng) — belonging to the realm of consciousness, as distinct from the Spirit (精神), which belongs to the realm of energy. The Heart is a mirror that reflects all phenomena of the universe; the Spirit-Force is the consciousness of the Greatest Creator and the very source of LIFE. The quality of one's inner Spirit determines the direction of one's LIFE: the more beautiful the inner Spirit, the more beautiful the future. A perfected inner Spirit garden leads to becoming a celestial or a Buddha. Purifying the inner Spirit is the most important task for humanity and the prerequisite foundation for all cultivation and practice.

The meaning of "inner Spirit" is a state of clarity and joy experienced when a person's consciousness resonates in unison with the consciousness of the Greatest Creator.
