I. Negative Emotions Are the Root of Disease¶

Occasional resentment is not so serious, but if a person harbors resentment and bitterness for a long time, constantly complaining about this and that, it will inevitably lead to changes in the body system. When complaining, every cell in the body is in a state of suppression and distress, lacking energy. Over time, the cells undergo qualitative change, and the most vulnerable part of the body system — or a specific organ — will become diseased. The heart is particularly susceptible to the damage of resentful energy, resistance to cancer cells will decrease, vital energy will become stagnant, and the circulation of qi and blood will be impeded.

II. Anger — The Volcano of Toxins Within¶

Inside the human body, physical and chemical changes are occurring every moment. For example, when you are angry, the volcano of toxins (primarily from the brain marrow) begins to erupt. If you do not stop yourself in time, the toxins will eventually put your entire body in a state of poisoning, and will destroy the functioning of the five organs and six viscera and disrupt the normal circulation of qi and blood.

IV. Rich Emotional Love Beautifies the Heart — The Source of Positive Emotions¶

The richer a person's life of emotional love, the more beautiful their heart, the gentler their character, the calmer their temperament, the closer they are to the Greatest Creator, and the more they understand how to love life, love existence, love nature, and love others. The more impoverished a person's life of emotional love, the more ugly their heart, the more vicious their character, the more volatile their temperament, the further they are from the Greatest Creator, and the less they understand or love life, nature, and others.

V. The Emotional Essence of Heaven and Hell¶

The lower the level of LIFE, the less emotional love it has. What is called hell? A place without emotional love is called hell. The higher the level of LIFE, the richer its emotional love. What is called heaven? A place filled with emotional love is called heaven.
