Emotions¶
In the Lifechanyuan system, emotions are not merely psychological phenomena — they are the direct mirror of the spirit body's state in the realm of consciousness, and the signal system through which LIFE resonates with the cosmic field. Guide Xuefeng teaches that negative emotions are the root cause of disease, suffering, and declining fate, while positive emotions are the inner driving force for the spirit body's ascent and alignment with the Dao.
The essence of emotion is LIFE's sensing and responding to its circumstances — the manifestation of the spirit body's energy state in awareness. One of the core tasks of cultivation is to transform from a slave of emotions into their master: systematically eliminating resentment, anger, jealousy, and fear, and making love, gratitude, joy, and peace the natural condition of LIFE.

Emotions are the mirror of the spirit body's state: Negative emotions (resentment, anger, jealousy, fear, arrogance) deplete spirit body energy, lower vibrational frequency, and attract corresponding negative circumstances. Positive emotions (love, gratitude, joy, peace, goodwill) nourish the spirit body, raise vibrational frequency, and open pathways to higher dimensions of LIFE.
Emotions shape fate: A person's sustained emotional state determines the purity of their spirit body, which in turn determines their level of cultivation and their destination after death — heaven or the realm of suffering.
Emotions can be transformed through cultivation: Through practices such as gratitude, forgiveness, letting go, and returning to zero, negative emotions can be systematically transmuted, allowing LIFE's energy to continuously purify and ascend.
