Three Governing Principles:
"There are three fact-based theories: first, the law that 'the sum of positive and negative energies in the cosmos equals zero'; second, the principle of energy conservation; third, the law of cause and effect — 'plant melons, harvest melons; plant beans, harvest beans.' III. How to Make Deposits¶

"There are many ways of giving; broadly they fall into eight categories: 1. Spreading Lifechanyuan values. 2. Encouraging and supporting brothers, sisters, loved ones, and companions. 3. Creating spiritual, psychological, or material wealth for the community. 4. Dedicating intellectual, financial, emotional, physical, and labor resources to the community. 5. Personally participating in the community's economic development or Second Home construction. 6. Providing spiritual, psychological, or material assistance to any brother, sister, loved one, or companion facing difficulty. 7. Upholding community values and harmony, and rejecting all words and actions that create conflict, spread falsehood, or disrupt peace. 8. Seeking new ideas, new thinking, and new perspectives for Lifechanyuan.
The process of giving is the process of elevating our spirituality, enhancing our wisdom, accumulating our merit, perfecting our consciousness, beautifying the antimatter structure of our lives, and advancing step by step toward the Thousand-Year World, Ten-Thousand-Year World, and Celestial Islands Continent." VI. Transferability of Heavenly Bank Accounts¶
"I know clearly that Jingdi's merit was insufficient to reach the Thousand-Year World. But to express my respect for her, I now pray to the Buddha and the Greatest Creator: may the angels of the Three-Realm Passage open the passage for Jingdi to the Thousand-Year World. Any merit she lacks, I will supply in full from my own Heavenly Bank account. Should my own merit later prove insufficient to reach Balichia Island in the Celestial Islands Continent, I am willing to return to the Thousand-Year World and continue cultivating to accumulate more."
