Hundun Economy · Market Economy · Planned Economy (Friendly Version)¶
Two Bad Choices, One New Path¶
The world we live in today runs on two economic systems: planned economy and market economy.
On the surface, each seems to have its merits — planned economies can marshal collective resources for grand goals, while market economies tap into each person's desire to get ahead. But Xuefeng, the Guide, says both are "primitive and barbaric economic models" — one leads to poverty, the other leads to extinction.
"A planned economy will inevitably lead to poverty, ignorance and barbaric backwardness; a market economy will inevitably lead to the collapse of Earth's ecology and the extinction of humanity. Only the Hundun economy is the best path for humanity toward civilization."
That sounds serious. But it's not hard to understand.
Planned Economy: The More You Control, the Worse It Gets¶
Imagine someone sitting in an office deciding: how many steel mills the country needs this year, which direction each household's bedroom should face, and what everyone should eat for breakfast. This is not a joke — this is planned economy in practice.
The result is inevitably chaos. Why?
- No one can predict a changing reality. Plans can never keep pace with actual human needs.
- Power corrupts. The moment someone controls the power to distribute resources, the temptation to corrupt that power is almost irresistible.
- Initiative dies. If working hard and doing nothing lead to the same outcome, why bother creating anything?
The Guide goes deeper: Planning itself violates the Natural Way. Nature never plans — flowers bloom when spring arrives, leaves fall when autumn comes. Everything unfolds naturally, and that spontaneity is what gives life its surprises and beauty. Plan everything to death, and life loses its meaning.
Market Economy: The More It Grows, the More Dangerous It Becomes¶
Market economies undeniably produce results — because profit is possible, everyone works hard. Material abundance increases, the economy expands, technology advances.
But at what cost?
- The rich get richer, the poor get poorer — social division deepens relentlessly
- Competition becomes the law of the jungle — the market economy is "the jungle economy of the animal world"
- Earth gets plundered without limit — no one thinks about the water and soil future generations will need; everyone just maximizes today's earnings
- Human nature grows increasingly corrupted — money above all, warmth gone, every relationship reduced to naked self-interest
The market economy is like a balloon being pumped full of air. It will inevitably pop. Every economic crisis is the balloon bursting. Eventually, humanity will exhaust the Earth entirely.
Hundun Economy: The Celestial Kingdom's Economic Model¶
So what's the answer? Xuefeng proposes a third path: the Hundun Economy, also called the "Celestial Kingdom economic model."
This is not utopian fantasy — it is modeled on how the Celestial Kingdom actually operates, brought down to Earth. The core idea is simple:
Not planning, not markets, but the goodness of the human heart combined with AI precision coordination.
Here's what it looks like:
On wealth: - All natural resources on Earth belong to the Greatest Creator and to all of humanity — not to any nation, company or individual - Currency disappears, replaced by F-Coins — the more you contribute to humanity and the more refined your character, the more F-Coins you earn - F-Coins bring the respect and admiration of all life in heaven and on Earth - Everyone possesses everything; there is no poverty, no wealth disparity
On production: - AI precisely calculates what all of humanity needs each day — factories produce exactly that, zero waste - No human planning required, no market regulation required — the AI display shows in advance exactly what is needed - Global division of labor and cooperation: each region contributes what it does best; everything one needs is provided by others
On daily life: - The institution of marriage dissolves; everyone lives in international families - The elderly are cared for, children are nurtured and educated — all free of charge - Anxiety, competition and pressure disappear; suicides nearly vanish - Every day is a day of joy, hope, beauty and wonder
The Greatest Challenge¶
Hundun Economy is not without difficulty. The Guide is candid:
"The greatest difficulty of the Celestial Kingdom economic model is not a lack of material abundance, but the difficulty of purifying people's hearts and minds… Without a group of people with pure souls, high moral character, selflessness and egolessness, the Celestial Kingdom economic model will breed the lazy."
So Hundun Economy is not merely an economic system — it is also a path of cultivation. The outer structure must change, and so must the inner person. This is why Lifechanyuan places soul-purification first. Only when human hearts are beautiful can Heaven's economy truly take root on Earth.
The Bottom Line¶
Planned economy relies on officials. Market economy relies on money. Hundun Economy relies on the human heart and AI — these are the three stages from barbarism to civilization, and we are standing at the threshold of the third.
