II. General Program¶

General Program of the New Human Life Second Home (New Oasis for LIFE): Implement the unification of all laws into one source and all teachings into one; use the New Era Human 800 Concepts to unify the world; lead humanity into the Lifechanyuan era without nations, without religion, without political parties, without marriage and family, without husband-and-wife relations — "worthiness untouched by the wilderness, all under heaven as one family," "no thievery on the road, doors unlocked at night," all things in harmony, weather auspicious, everyone joyful, happy, free, and blessed.

III. Eight Defining Characteristics¶

The eight defining characteristics of the Second Home (New Oasis for LIFE): 1. The Way of the Greatest Creator — Hundun management 2. Own nothing — possess everything 3. Contribute according to ability — take according to need 4. No marriage — no family 5. Care for the elderly — nurture the young 6. Far from politics — far from religion 7. Regardless of background — everyone works 8. Fluid and adaptable — infinitely changing

IV. Main Connotations¶

The Second Home (New Oasis for LIFE) is composed primarily of those who are unwilling to marry, unwilling to form a family, divorced and unwilling to remarry, or couples where both are Chanyuan Celestials. This new living model mainly copies the way of life of the celestials in the Thousand-Year World. Its main connotations are:

Practice the system of having nothing; everyone owns nothing but possesses everything;
No marriage, no family, no distinction of closeness; the relationship between people is that of siblings, loved ones, and sweethearts;
Contribute according to ability, take according to need; no luxury, no waste;
All food, clothing, shelter, transportation, birth, aging, illness, and death are fully borne by the collective; child-rearing and education, and elderly care, are the responsibility of the community;
Each person selects one job to do based on their interests and strengths and strives to achieve first-rate excellence in their area of responsibility; laziness is absolutely forbidden — the Second Home will not tolerate parasites;
Each person has one sacred space of freedom — their bedroom — which shall not be disturbed or invaded by anyone for any reason; all remaining space is communal and public;
Allow every person to attain a life of joy, happiness, freedom, and wellbeing;
Individuality merges into collectivity; collectivity accommodates individuality; unity of will coexists with individual emotional ease; implementing the principle of "eight celestials cross the sea, each showing their special ability" — both a unity and individually independent paradises;
Practice Hundun management — not managing at all is the best management; there are no managers, no offices; everything proceeds through self-awareness and willingness, and in accordance with the New Era Human 800 Concepts.

V. Historical Significance — Transcending Traditional Marriage and Family¶

The Second Home (New Oasis for LIFE) fires a cannonade at the traditional marriage-family system. Traditional marriage-family life is a kind of life-program — this program carries a virus, and this virus will gradually eat away at the truth, goodness, beauty, love, faithfulness, and sincerity within human nature, pulling what was originally a joyful, happy, free, blessed life step by step into the abyss of suffering, anxiety, enslavement, and despair. Dissolving traditional marriage-family life and replacing it with a wholly new way of living is a great matter that affects every person's happiness. Leaving the traditional family to enter Lifechanyuan's Second Home looks on the surface like moving from a small family into a large family — but the substance of life is completely different. What the traditional family can achieve, the Second Home can also achieve; what the traditional family struggles to achieve, the Second Home can also achieve.

The Second Home (New Oasis for LIFE) is the number-one home on earth. A place of joy and auspiciousness is a place blessed by the Greatest Creator; a place of happiness and delight is a place cared for by Christ Jesus and the Buddha Shakyamuni; a place of freedom and happiness is a place where the wishes of the sages of all generations are realized. The number-one home on earth was born from the great cosmic LIFE readjustment, serves to purify the earth, and lays the foundation for humanity's new life after 2013. May all the worthy people of the world find the gate of the number-one home on earth as soon as possible, and become a member as quickly as possible — of all the great affairs in the world, only this one is paramount. The traditional concept of loved ones defined by blood relations must be redefined: those who follow the will of the Greatest Creator are our loved ones; those who resonate on the same frequency of soul are loved ones.

The small-workshop mode of production will inevitably be eliminated and replaced by the assembly-line mode of production. The small-workshop family mode of living will inevitably be eliminated and replaced by the assembly-line Second Home (New Oasis for LIFE) mode of living — this is historical necessity. Or rather, whether you are willing or not, the traditional family mode of living will inevitably be replaced by the Second Home living model; traditional small-family order will become an ignorant, backward mode of living entering the dustbin of history.

VI. Management and Operating Principles¶

The Second Home (New Oasis for LIFE) implements Hundun management. Hundun management means no management — everyone is a master, everyone is a servant. There are only differences in division of labor, no relationship of leader and led; no one can impose their will on others. Everyone strives to bring the qualities of truth, goodness, beauty, love, faithfulness, and sincerity to their ultimate expression. Each speaks their own words, does their own work, bears their own responsibility, cultivates their own path, walks their own road. Do not worry about others' affairs or manage others' business — be responsible only to the Greatest Creator and oneself, not to others. If no one asks, do not help; if someone asks, help urgently. Whoever makes a suggestion is responsible for it. Everyone establishes a sacred court within their own conscience and judges themselves.

In the Second Home (New Oasis for LIFE) there are no regulations or rules, and there are no leaders in the traditional sense — only differences in the division of labor, no distinction between leader and led. Everyone is a home owner, and everyone fulfills the responsibilities and obligations of an owner. All affairs are handled flexibly and in accord with conditions, according to the principle of "the Buddha-dharma has no fixed dharma, transforming in a thousand ways" and "in the unchanging there is change, in change there is the unchanging." Everyone acts naturally in accordance with the Tathagata nature of truth, goodness, beauty, love, faithfulness, and sincerity.

The Second Home (New Oasis for LIFE) does not practice democracy — it adopts the philosophy of the extraordinary person: all affairs of the home are assigned to individuals; in their area of responsibility, each person has the final say. Whoever is responsible has the say; whoever is responsible bears all consequences.

The Second Home (New Oasis for LIFE) is not any form of organization — neither a political organization nor a religious organization. The Second Home is an extremely loose utopian community composed of like-minded people who willingly conduct their production and living in accordance with the New Era Human 800 Concepts; it has no organizational form, no authority to enact regulations that supersede constitutions, charters, conventions, or laws, and even less authority to handle contradictions, conflicts, and illegal violations on behalf of any level of government organization.

VII. Eight Great Benefits¶

The Second Home (New Oasis for LIFE) has eight great benefits: 1. Material life is assured — no more worry about food, clothing, shelter, and transportation; when sick there is someone to care for you; when you pass away there is someone to attend to your affairs; 2. From this point forward, live only for ideals and beliefs, far from the dust of the world, no longer tormented by worldly persons and affairs; 3. Without the bonds of family, body, mind, and spirit are freer; no one is always watching you, controlling you, clinging to you; no more worry, anxiety, or stress about children; 4. No matter how you change, you can always find people compatible in character and temperament to work, chat, and play with; 5. Because division of labor is clear and each person specializes in one thing, there will be a great deal of free time — one can do whatever one wishes, read whatever books one wishes; 6. The Second Home has an endless stream of entertainment activities; loneliness, isolation, and boredom will be no more; 7. Use the energy of the collective to swiftly attain the Tao, escape the cycle of life and death, and advance to the Kingdom of Heaven; 8. Use the energy of the collective to overcome all difficulties.

VIII. Policy on Romantic and Sexual Love¶

The Second Home (New Oasis for LIFE) policy on romantic and sexual love: Romantic love is a precious gift bestowed upon humanity by the Greatest Creator; sexual love is the inevitable path for elevating human nature and moving toward the higher spaces of LIFE. Romantic love and sexual love are a synchronized dance of two souls — as long as both hearts are willing, do whatever love moves you to do. There is no one watching, no one interfering, no one asking questions, no one gossiping behind your back. Neither possesses nor monopolizes nor is jealous of the other; freedom is above all else; fully respect the other's freedom. Spiritually, in heart and soul, and physically, do not impose even the slightest coercion or harm upon the other.

X. The Cultivation Significance of Collective Life¶

Collective life is superior to individual life. Collective life is the best field of Tao-cultivation. If one cannot or is unable to integrate into collective life — if one has not been transformed and refined through collective life — no one can go to the Kingdom of Heaven.

To do great business, one must give, must be selfless, must contribute — do not focus on petty gains in front of you, do not think about what return you will get, just give and contribute. "The sage is selfless and thereby achieves the self" — the more selfless one is, the greater the unexpected and enormous profits one earns. In the New Oasis for LIFE, I require everyone to own nothing — and the result? They come to possess everything, everything beyond the imagination of ordinary thinking.
