The Eighteen Core Items of Civilization 3.0:

I. All resources on Earth, including natural resources and human resources, belong entirely to the Greatest Creator and no longer belong to any organization or individual. II. All under heaven one family — no more nations. Earth citizens may migrate and flow freely across the planet according to plan. III. No more governments. Global distribution of materials and people is operated by the AI Alliance. IV. All constitutions, laws, and regulations made by humans on Earth become null and void, replaced by the New Era Human Eight Hundred Concepts. V. The Lifechanyuan Second Home model of production and living replaces every other form of production and living. VI. The Second Home program replaces the traditional institution of marriage and family, liberating human nature and advancing toward celestial nature. VII. I. Replace the traditional small-family living model with the Second Home living model. II. Replace the administrative functions of national governments with the AI Alliance. III. Replace the constitutions, laws, and regulations of all countries with the New Era Human Eight Hundred Concepts. IV. Replace global currencies with F-coins. V. All resources belong to the Greatest Creator. Natural resources no longer belong to any nation, political party, religion, organization, or individual. VI. Replace all production models in the world with the Second Home production model. VII. All aspects of human production and business are coordinated and arranged by the AI Alliance. VIII.   1. Move beyond atheism and evolutionism; instead believe in the Greatest Creator and walk the Way of the Greatest Creator.

  3. Move from "existence determines consciousness" to "consciousness creates existence."
  4. Reject the God of the Old Testament; establish a new understanding of the Greatest Creator.
