The Peak of Life and Being (Friendly Version)

Where Exactly Is the Summit?

Have you ever asked yourself: what is the highest a human being can become?

The richest? The most famous? The most deeply loved?

Lifechanyuan offers an unexpected answer: vibration frequency 1,000.

Scientists have given us a scale — measuring human consciousness energy from 1 to 1,000. Most people live below 200. Reaching 1,000 is the territory of gods, buddhas, and celestials. Xuefeng writes:

"Once one's consciousness energy level reaches 1,000, it proves one has ascended to the Peak of Life and Being."

In all of recorded history, only three individuals are known to have reached 1,000: Laozi (a Celestial), Shakyamuni Buddha (a Buddha), and Jesus (a God).

How Far Are Most People From the Top?

Some numbers might surprise you:

  • Mother Teresa, who devoted her life to the poor: 700
  • Einstein: 499
  • Confucius: 590
  • Zhuangzi: 710
  • The Living Buddha Jigong: 870

Laozi: 1,000

Even Einstein is a long way from the summit. Why? Because your energy level has little to do with intelligence, wealth, or fame — it has everything to do with the condition of your inner life, your faith, and how you act.

200: The First Threshold

Xuefeng identifies 200 as a life-or-death dividing line:

  • Below 200: negative energy prevails — susceptible to illness
  • Above 200: positive energy prevails — illness does not take hold

What emotional states keep us trapped below 200?

Jealousy (below 100), fear (100), anger (150), arrogance (175)…

What lifts us above 200?

Love (500), joy (540), peaceful happiness (600).

Every extra moment of genuine joy — every act of letting go of bitterness — is not just "feeling good." It is a real, measurable increase in your life's energy.

Three Gates to the Summit

Gate One: Build Your Soul Garden

Clear the "weeds" from your inner life: - Comparing yourself to others? Pull it out. - Anger flaring up easily? Pull it out. - Chronic worry about the future? Pull it out. - Feeling cheated, always complaining? Pull it out.

This is the hard work of the foundation. If the Soul Garden stays overgrown, energy simply cannot rise.

Gate Two: Repay Your Debts, Release Your Bonds

Every person carries unpaid debts — emotional obligations, relationships left unresolved, harm done to others. These act like anchors, keeping you from ascending. To rise, first settle your accounts.

Gate Three: Accumulate Merit

Give more; take less. Serve others selflessly, "storing up treasures in heaven." Without sufficient merit, the summit remains out of reach.

18 Small Practices, Every Single Day

Xuefeng added 18 practical daily guidelines. Here are some of the most immediately applicable:

Guard your thoughts: - In every rising thought, keep it righteous; hold no wicked, vengeful, or harmful intentions - Stop worrying about tomorrow — "Chase the sun and escape the darkness" - Never get angry — anger vibrates at only 150, and it harms you first

Guard your eyes and ears: - Look at beautiful mountains, flowers, sky, and water - Listen to music, birdsong, flowing streams - Avoid content that makes you fearful, resentful, or despairing

Guard your surroundings: - Keep your living space clean and beautiful — a plant, a painting, orderly shelves - Eat simply and lightly; reduce clutter and ostentation - Spend time in nature; reduce time online and in commercial spaces

Guard your circle: - Seek out people who are joyful, spiritual, and encouraging - Gently reduce time with those who constantly complain, gossip, or see only the dark side

One More Thing: The Great Vow

Before all of this, there is a prerequisite:

"Great vows give rise to a great life. Great vows have inconceivable power over one's life. All who have achieved greatness held great vows. A life without great vows is like duckweed drifting with the current — unable to ascend to the Peak of Life and Being."

Without knowing where you are going, all the daily practices are just rudderless. Start here: What do I most deeply want my life to become?

In Closing

The Peak of Life and Being is not reserved for ancient sages. It is written into every thought, every choice, every ordinary day.

Clear the inner garden. Settle what you owe. Give generously, love fully, stay joyful — and the summit draws closer with every step.

May you cultivate celestial character and ascend to the Peak of Life and Being.
