I. Overview — Naming and Scope¶

II. The Wuji System¶
2.1 The Cosmic Basis¶
"Because of Wuji's existence — standing alone, unchanging, cycling without exhaustion — the universe displays extreme sensitivity. The Greatest Creator can rely on this property to create and govern the universe. For any event that occurs anywhere in the universe necessarily produces information that reflects the truth of what happened. 2.2 Definition¶
"This mechanism — relying on Wuji's properties so that LIFE can obtain the truth of events through its conscience and innate capacity, then respond, adjust, and ensure the survival of the whole — is called the Wuji System." 2.3 Two Requirements¶
"The Wuji System first requires that LIFE have a holistic grasp of the Tao's operation and understand the laws governing the world — so that each person has mastery over the domain they are responsible for. 2.4 Social Expressions¶
"In human society: press freedom, political and economic transparency, scientific and democratic decision-making, and the construction of information infrastructure such as the internet — all of these are expressions of building and perfecting the Wuji System.
The Western tax-reporting system, for instance — making personal wealth public, enabling government to adjust the distribution of social wealth and prevent dangerous polarization — is also an expression of the Wuji System." 2.5 Transmitting the Tao Is Building the Wuji System¶
"The most critical point in establishing the Wuji System is to reach every individual — to reach every person's mind and heart, so that humanity understands the Way of the Greatest Creator and the laws of cosmic operation. It is from this root of truth that humanity can build a new world and a new humanity in accordance with the earth's actual physical and ecological character. So when we transmit the Way of the Greatest Creator and spread Lifechanyuan's values, we are essentially building the Wuji System: so that everyone holds hands and connects hearts, resonates at the same frequency, recognizes each other as brothers and sisters and as expressions of the Greatest Creator — and can then work as one to open the new era." "In traffic: before surveillance cameras, many drivers were unwilling to obey traffic rules — running red lights, causing fatal accidents, and often escaping undetected. After cameras were installed, everything that happened could be known immediately and present accountability followed immediately — and drivers no longer dared to break the law. 3.1 Definition¶

3.2 Two Core Concepts¶
"To understand the Taiji System, the most important thing is to understand its two key concepts: the support structure and the manifestation structure. 3.3 The Support Structure¶
"The support structure is the foundation of any thing's existence. Separate any thing from its support structure and it necessarily collapses and disappears. 3.4 The Manifestation Structure — Formation, Abiding, Decay, Emptiness¶
"The manifestation structure is the system formed by the many classes of manifestation each cycling through their own 'formation-abiding-decay-emptiness' process while mutually supporting one another. 3.5 The Creative Principle¶
"The Taiji System articulates the principle of creation: everything in the world is created, and must be maintained through the devoted labor of living beings. In the human world, the process from decay to emptiness to formation is the process of labor turning raw material into products, of giving service; the process from formation to abiding to decay is the process of using products and receiving service, of receiving." IV. Their Relationship — The Mind-Matter Framework¶
"The Wuji System emphasizes spiritual awareness — its source is xing (primal nature), its expression is the whole-creation consciousness of heart connected to heart, belonging to the realm of 'mind.' The Taiji System emphasizes the mathematics of creation, belonging to the realm of 'matter' — expressed through the construction of support and manifestation structures, its source is the Greatest Creator, its emphasis is creation and maintenance. The relationship between the Wuji System and the Taiji System is the mind-matter relationship — which is the central concern of Mahayana Buddhism." V. Non-Action and Universal Welfare¶
"Non-action (wu wei) is the ideal state of the Tao's operation — the state where mind and matter flow together as one. From the Taiji System's perspective, this means: the support structure is stable, the living environment has no sudden natural disasters, energy supply is abundant, and the formation-abiding-decay-emptiness cycle of the manifestation structure runs automatically with minimal human labor. Everything needed is provided by the manifestation structure's cycle — through non-action one obtains everything, life is rich: this is universal welfare."
